Abstract
Despite the existing discussions and the traditional context and the influence of the Internet in Iran, Internet banking has not yet gained its place, and this is the reason for presenting the present study and the aim of examining the relationship between risk and behavioral motivation in Internet banking. The present study is applied in terms of purpose. In terms of data collection, it is of a descriptive-survey type. The statistical population includes Ahvaz customers of Sepah Bank Internet banking, 380 of whom were selected as a statistical sample, and the required questionnaire was developed and distributed among the sample size after examining the validity and reliability of each. After collecting data, the relationships between research variables were examined using the structural equation approach and SMARTPLS3 software to confirm or reject the hypotheses. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between risk and behavioral motivation in Internet banking. There is a direct and significant relationship between perceived risk and information search motivation, social interaction motivation, and consumer motivation in Internet banking. There is a direct and meaningful relationship between security and privacy and the motivation to search for information, the motivation to social interaction, and the consumer's motivation in internet banking. Using internet banking and maintaining the security and information of customers is one of the influential points for customers, and another important point is the ease of use and proper understanding of consumers of internet banking applications.
