Abstract
Humans are naturally social creatures. This is what makes them interact and cooperate with each other to meet their needs and form organizations. Organizations are made up of people who work together to transform input into output. An organization is a social unit that is consciously formed and has relatively clear boundaries and is designed to achieve a common goal or goals. The members of this social unit contribute to the achievement of organizational goals through their interactions and the activities they perform. In order to communicate effectively with each other, humans must have something in common. Organizational behavior is one of the common aspects between different employees of an organization, and by learning this behavior, individuals can establish sincere relationships with their other colleagues. One aspect of organizational behavior that has been emphasized in the study is job rotation. Job rotation means the movement of employees among different jobs in the organization, which is mainly horizontal, that is, it occurs among jobs at the same level and is not considered a promotion to some extent. This article examines the foundations and models of job rotation in domestic and foreign articles and presents a consolidated model regarding job rotation.
