Supply chain management is an integrated approach to planning and controlling materials and information that flows from suppliers to customers as it flows through various functions in an organization. Supply chain management combines inventory management with a focus on operations management with the analysis of communications in industrial organizations. This field has gained great importance in recent years. Supply chain management in the printing and packaging industry can help reduce waste and optimize resources by adopting appropriate strategies. These measures will not only save costs, but will also help protect the environment and increase customer satisfaction. The task of supply chain management is to manage and coordinate the various flows within it. One of the important management challenges in this field is related to the coordination of material flows between multiple organizations and within each organization.
