Investigating the Relationship between Banking Technology Capacity Utilization and Financial Performance (Case Study of Qom Branches National Bank)

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between modern banking technology capabilities and financial performance of National Bank in Qom province branches. The results obtained from the analysis of field data obtained from the study of the relationship between modern banking capacities on financial performance in the National Bank of Qom Branches are discussed. The results of the analysis of components related to modern banking capacities showed that ATM quality, bank telephone quality and internet bank quality were significantly correlated with the financial performance of the National Bank of Qom Branches. Therefore, all three research hypotheses as well as the main research hypothesis that "there is a relationship between modern banking technology capabilities and financial performance of National Bank in Qom province branches" were confirmed
