Abstract
the main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between the new banking capabilities and financial performance of the national bank in the branches of the province of ardabil. the results obtained from the analysis of the field data from investigating the relationship between the new banking capacities on financial performance in the national bank of ardabil province have been discussed. the results of analysis of components related to the new banking capacities showed that the quality of the atm, bank telephone quality and internet quality of the bank had a significant relationship with the financial performance of the national bank branches of the province and the direction of this relationship is positive and direct. therefore, the three hypotheses were confirmed as well as the main hypothesis of research on " between the capabilities of modern bank technology and financial performance of the national bank in the branches of the province of ardabil."
