Abstract
In today's world, traffic is one of the main challenges of big cities. In order to better manage traffic and increase driving safety, it is essential to use modern technologies. CCTV cameras play an important role in monitoring traffic and enforcing traffic laws. With the advanced capabilities of these cameras, driving violations can be automatically detected and violators identified. Video surveillance in cities and residential areas is known as a new and effective tool in increasing public security and reducing crime. In general, CCTV cameras play a vital role in establishing security and improving the quality of life in society. These cameras have a positive and significant impact on reducing crime and increasing security by creating a deterrent factor, helping to identify and pursue crimes, increasing the sense of public security, better managing crises, controlling traffic, and improving the performance of security forces. Also, data collection and behavior analysis allow for more accurate planning for urban management and adopting preventive measures. Thus, the proper installation and use of CCTV cameras can lead to a safer and more sustainable society. Ultimately, our goal is to explain that with proper planning and effective implementation, it is possible to improve the quality of life in cities and residential areas. This is especially important in the current situation when cities are seeking to create a safer and more advanced environment.
