Explaining the impact of human resource productivity on employee performance and participation (Case study: Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch)

Abstract
In today's world, organizations are forced to improve the productivity of their human resources in order to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Human resources are considered the most important asset of the organization and play a decisive role in achieving strategic goals, innovation, and improving overall performance. Therefore, measuring and analyzing the productivity of these resources, especially based on the performance and level of employee participation, can provide an accurate picture of the organization's efficiency. Universities and higher education institutions, as scientific and educational institutions, also need to pay special attention to the factors affecting the productivity of their employees in order to improve the quality of educational and research services. This research aims to determine the impact of human resource productivity on employee performance and participation (case study: Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch). The present research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied purpose and in terms of method, it is a survey research. The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch, which is 380 people, of which 181 people were selected through the non-probability sampling method available according to the Morgan table. In order to conduct the research, a questionnaire with 38 closed-ended questions using a five-point Likert scale was distributed among the employees and this questionnaire measures the research variables. After collecting and classifying the information, it was analyzed using SPSS 20 and Smart pls version 4 software. The results of the study have shown that human resource productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and participation. Among the hypotheses, human resource productivity has the greatest effect on employee participation.
