the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of dimensions of integrated adoption and implementation of فناوری ( UTAUT ) and trust on behavioral intention and behavior of e - government services in tabriz municipality . due to the increasing role of e - systems in providing urban services and the importance of recognizing the factors affecting the acceptance and use of citizens , this research tries to provide an accurate picture of how the structures affected by performance expectancy , effort expectancy , social influence and facilitating conditions , together with trust variable , affect the intention and actual behavior of the system . the research method in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of nature is descriptive - survey . the study population consisted of all the citizens who use e - government services in tabriz municipality and data were collected through structured questionnaire and five - point likert scale . to analyze the data and test the conceptual model of research , structural equation modeling approach based on variance was used with smart pls software . the results of statistical analysis show that the dimensions of UTAUT model and trust variable have a significant effect on the behavior intention of citizens and behavioral intentions also directly predict the actual behavior of using e - government services . the findings indicate that strengthening facilitators , increasing transparency and reliability and improving the quality of user experience can increase the use of electronic services in tabriz municipality . these results can be a basis for managerial decision making and planning for the development of e - government .
