Abstract
in today 's organizations , knowledge sharing is known as one of the key factors in improving organizational performance and improving decision - making processes . by extending the use of information systems in public organizations , providing technological expertise to exchange knowledge among employees is more important . however , there is not enough information to share knowledge to share knowledge and human factors such as trust and dependency among employees play an important role in strengthening the process . in this regard , the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of trust and dependency in knowledge sharing in تبریز municipality information systems . this research is an applied research and in terms of descriptive - survey method is correlation . the research population consisted of tabriz municipality employees and the required data were collected through a standard questionnaire . in order to analyze the data and investigate the relationships between variables , structural equation modeling and amos software are used . the results show that trust among employees has a significant role in enhancement of knowledge sharing in information systems . also , work dependence and interaction among employees positively affect their willingness to share knowledge sharing . furthermore , the results indicate that trust and trust can provide context for more efficient use of information systems for transferring and sharing knowledge in the organization . based on the findings of the research , strengthening of organizational trust , creating constructive interactions between employees and developing appropriate infrastructures of information systems can play an important role in improving knowledge sharing process in tabriz municipality . the results of this research can be a guide for urban managers to design effective policies and programs for the development of knowledge management and promotion of organizational culture .
