in this research , one of the most common challenges of organizations in the field of service management is information ; the challenge that is related to increasing capacity and development of information technology capabilities to meet the needs of the organization and support the main business processes . since the domestic upgrading of these capabilities is usually not possible quickly and easily , the outsourcing of information technology has been considered as a strategic approach to increase the effectiveness and reduce the executive costs . to enhance the success of outsourcing projects , organizations are looking for applying various methods and tools . accordingly , the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information فناوری outsourcing on the success of information systems in tabriz municipality using interpretive structural equation modeling . for this purpose , by reviewing the literature , a questionnaire consisting of four main constructs and 44 questions were designed and distributed among managers and employees of tabriz municipality . the collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and path analysis . ~~~ the conceptual model of the research was tested . the results show that the amount of outsourcing has both direct and indirect effect on user satisfaction and satisfaction and directly affects the quality .
