Abstract
In today’s organizational environment, employees’ deep and voluntary participation in national events is not only an indicator of organizational culture health, but also a factor that strengthens collective identity and intrastrategic cohesion. However, traditional internal public relations practices for mobilizing and attracting maximum participation are often accompanied by challenges such as neglect, a duty-oriented rather than voluntary mindset, and weak continuity. The aim of this article is to explain the strategic capacities of modern and digital communication technologies in transforming the management and implementation methods of programs related to national events at the organizational level. The research method of this study is qualitative, using thematic content analysis. Data were collected through library-based study of credible sources as well as interviews with experts in the fields of management, internal public relations, and information technologies. The findings indicate that the intelligent use of tools such as organizational social networks (ESN), interactive platforms and gamification, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), motion graphics and engaging video content, as well as dedicated mobile applications can bring about a significant transformation in the process of encouraging participation.
