The effect of job stress, transformational leadership, and individual-organization fit on innovative work behavior with the mediating role of knowledge sharing (Case study: Elementary school principals in District 1 of Rasht)

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of job stress, transformational leadership and individual-organization fit on innovative work behavior with the mediating role of knowledge sharing. In this regard, the present study is a descriptive correlational study and is field in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study is the principals of elementary schools in District 1 of Rasht, who were selected by simple random sampling method. The sample size was determined as 116 people using the Cochran formula. The data were analyzed using SPSS22 and SMART PLS3 software. The findings showed that transformational leadership (0.207) and knowledge sharing (0.477) have an effect on the innovative work behavior of principals of elementary schools in District 1 of Rasht. However, job stress has no effect on the innovative work behavior of principals of elementary schools in District 1 of Rasht (-0.173). The findings also showed that individual-organization fit (0.110) and transformational leadership (0.220) have an effect on the innovative work behavior of elementary school principals in District 1 of Rasht through knowledge sharing. However, the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the effect of job stress on the innovative work behavior of elementary school principals in District 1 of Rasht was not accepted (0.058).
