Investigating the effect of innovation awareness and quality awareness on the relationship between intention and behavior of integrating e-learning (Case study of Bank Melli)

Abstract
Innovation is considered the main factor for the long-term success of service companies in today's competitive markets. One of the contemporary innovations is new technologies in the digital age. Meanwhile, the banking industry is trying to adjust business models to reflect a more digital ecosystem. In this regard, the aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of innovation awareness and quality awareness on the relationship between intention and behavior of integrating e-learning (case study of Bank Melli). This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and causal in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study included all professors of Tabriz universities, of which 384 people were selected as a statistical sample using the Cochran formula using a simple random method. The data collection tool is standard questionnaires. The face content validity of the tool was confirmed by experts and the reliability of the two questionnaires was confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha method. The results of statistical data analysis showed that the intention to integrate e-learning has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of integrating e-learning. Innovation awareness does not affect the relationship between e-learning integration intention and e-learning integration behavior. Quality awareness does not affect the relationship between e-learning integration intention and e-learning integration behavior.
