Exploring the Mediating Role of Green Intellectual Capital in the Effect of Green Human Resource Management on Organizational Innovation and Organizational Efficiency: Evidence from the Iran Khodro Industry

Abstract
In any organization, human resources are the greatest capital and play an effective role in green human resource management. Therefore, paying attention to human resource development is of great importance in terms of the formation of organizational efficiency and innovation. If efficiency is created in an individual and if this efficiency is accompanied by organizational innovation, his performance and effectiveness increase. Therefore, it is of particular necessity to recognize the factors that can be effective in creating human resource management in individuals and improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, and in other words, cause the progress of societies. The purpose of the research is to analyze the mediating role of green intellectual capital in the effect of green human resource management on organizational innovation and organizational efficiency. The present research is of a descriptive-analytical type and has an applied objective and is a survey research in terms of the type of method. The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of Iran Khodro Company, with a total of 10,000 official employees, of whom 369 were selected through simple random sampling, and 500 questionnaires were distributed, of which 380 correct questionnaires were received. In order to conduct the study, a questionnaire with 21 standard questions from Alipour et al. (2022); Darvish and Ziaei (2017) of closed type using a five-option Likert scale was distributed among the employees, and this questionnaire measures the research variables. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7, and the validity of the questionnaire was measured based on the CVR test. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis of the findings. In the first part, the descriptive analysis of the findings was presented in the form of frequency tables and graphs. In the second part, SPSS version 24 statistical software and Smart Pls structural equation modeling were used for statistical inference and hypothesis testing. The results showed that all research hypotheses were confirmed and green intellectual capital significantly mediates between green human resource management on organizational efficiency and innovation. Green human resource management also has the greatest impact on organizational efficiency.
