Abstract
Transformation and change are inevitable, and human organizations are inevitably subject to transformation and change. Ultimately, leaders and managers of organizations either manage and direct these changes and developments, or they drown in the whirlpool of changes with passivity and devotion, leading themselves and the organization to destruction. Therefore, this article has attempted to introduce and explain the "dynamic model of change" as the most effective model for managing changes and directing changes in human organizations by using the library method while studying and examining organizational change models.
