School is one of the most important places through which, with proper and calculated planning, important social and cultural issues can be taught to students. Its importance is so great that it has been called the second family. The issue of creativity has been viewed from various perspectives. Creativity as an educational issue, as a motivational issue and as a condition for survival in the post-industrial age, has been the focus of attention and concern of researchers and planners of society. However, despite the seemingly different and diverse aspects of creativity, in a macroscopic perspective, the aforementioned dimensions are in agreement with each other and can be viewed from a single perspective. One of the important issues regarding the concept of citizen and citizenship is how it can be taught and educated so that, based on it, we can witness its correct implementation in society and recognize the duties and tasks based on it. In this regard, experts consider school to be the best place for teaching and educating this category. Therefore, after addressing the aforementioned issues, the issue of how to teach creativity will be examined. In this article, we will review the role of citizenship education on creativity in the city landscape using a library method.
