Abstract
In the present research, an attempt has been made to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational performance for the employees of the Tax Affairs Organization in Tehran. On this basis, one main hypothesis and five sub-hypotheses have been investigated. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire, which is available to 160 employees of the tax affairs organization of Tehran, and the resulting information has been broken down and analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression.The results obtained from the hypothesis test showed that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational performance in tax affairs organization employees.
