Abstract
In each of the areas of human resource management, it is necessary to create flexible structures, spaces, systems and organizations to enable the organization to respond appropriately to change with full readiness. Flexibility at work is the ability of an individual to adapt to changes, different conditions and changing tasks in the workplace. This valuable characteristic not only helps the individual to be successful in dynamic and challenging work environments, but also allows the organization to respond to changes more quickly and benefit from new opportunities. What shows the importance of flexibility in the workplace is the many changes that occur in life. In fact, everything is always changing, which means that an organization must be able to take on these changes. Social, technological, economic, legal, political aspects and all global factors in which a business operates are always changing. To successfully implement a complete and desirable flexibility program in any organization, in addition to providing clear guidelines and expectations to ensure its successful implementation, it requires an open attitude, a creative mind, team-orientedness, and maintaining the identity and purpose of the entire complex.
