Strengthening relationships with local communities in operational areas plays a key role in improving social interactions, project sustainability, and sustainable development. Effective strategies include establishing clear communications, identifying local needs and priorities, community participation in decision-making, economic and social empowerment, respecting local culture and values, and leveraging indigenous capacities. Social resilience and communication in health crises both play an important role in helping communities manage crises and recover from disasters. However, there is still a significant gap in theoretical knowledge and evidence on the relationship between the two. Our aim is to examine the relationship between social resilience and communication in health crises in the Siri region and identify strategies and interventions that can more effectively link the two. Our second aim is to design a model that, with the participation of personnel, strengthens the connection between resilience and communication in health crises in this operational area.
