Abstract
The current research has investigated the role of talent management and intellectual capital in adjusting the relationship between organizational culture and business performance. This applied research is descriptive-survey in terms of nature, and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population under investigation is accounting students and 112 people were selected as a statistical sample through random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire, and after collecting the data obtained from the study of distributed questionnaires, the resulting data were analyzed by factor analysis and path analysis using Excel and SmartPLS software. The research findings indicated that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational culture and business performance, talent management has no significant effect in moderating the relationship between organizational culture and business performance, and intellectual capital in moderating the relationship between organizational culture and business performance. And work has no significant effect.
