Investigating the effect of emotional intelligence on financial turnover intention (Case study: Managers and financial employees of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Bushehr Province)

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of emotional intelligence on financial turnover intention (case study: managers and financial employees of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Bushehr province). This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. Research data has been collected through five-choice Likert questions in the research questionnaire. In this research, in order to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire, according to the statistical needs, SPSS statistical software and PLS software have been used in the form of descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical population of the research is all managers and financial employees of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Bushehr province, their number is 130 people. Since all the members of the sample population are employees of the General Department of Economic Affairs and Finance of Tehran province, the population is considered homogeneous and the sampling will be done using the full number method.
