Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the company's financial and non-financial performance on the company's reputation, emphasizing the role of workforce agility. The statistical population of this research includes 175 financial managers and officials and employees of the financial units of Karaj municipality in Alborz province in 1402. We selected the sample based on Cochran's formula. This research falls under the category of "descriptive correlational research" from the perspective of "applied" goal and from the perspective of how to collect data and methodology. They were examined using questionnaires. After distributing and collecting the questionnaires, a model was proposed and tested using the regression model method. The results showed that the proposed model has a good fit with the data of this research. Thus, based on the hypotheses of the research, the relationship between the variables was analyzed. The research results showed that there is a significant relationship between agility and financial performance of companies. There is a significant relationship between agility and non-financial performance of companies. There is a significant relationship between financial performance and company reputation. There is a significant relationship between non-financial performance of companies and company reputation. There is a significant relationship between the transformational leadership of senior management and the agility of the company's workforce.
