This study examines the relationship between perceived employee support and organizational citizenship behavior during the corona. Providing organizational citizenship behavior in organizations is one of the main functions of the goals of departments and managers of organizations. On the other hand, the emergence of the corona debate as well as the resulting challenges in organizations has led to the emergence of inadequacies in the provision of organizational services. These changes and transformations of the form of work from physical presence in offices to telecommuting and providing services online are among these transformations. In such a situation, many organizations were forced to reshuffle due to their problems, and this situation has doubled the amount of stress that the organization has on employees. One of the solutions to this problem can be seen in the perceived support of employees. This research tries to investigate the relationship between these two components through quantitative research methodology.
