Investigating the effect of human resource planning programs in achieving the strategic goal on the effective performance and competitive advantage of the company
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of human resource planning programs in achieving a strategic goal on effective performance and competitive advantage of the company. The study method in this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey data collection. The statistical population of the study included a number of experts from Internet service providers. The questionnaire was distributed electronically and a total of 100 questionnaires were collected. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using content validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. SEM structural equation modeling and SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to test the research hypotheses and data analysis. In this study, the effect of factors such as staff planning, job analysis and design, job planning and development, succession planning and talent management on achieving strategic goals and effective performance were investigated. Findings show that staff planning, job analysis and design, career planning and development, succession planning and talent management have a positive effect on achieving strategic goals. Achieving the company's strategic goals has a positive effect on effective performance and also effective performance has a positive effect on the company's competitive advantage.
