The effect of knowledge management capabilities on the business innovation model with the role of organizational risk-taking in small and medium enterprises

Abstract
In this study, the effect of knowledge management capability on the business innovation model with the role of organizational risk-taking among 151 employees and managers of insurance companies was selected and investigated by simple random sampling. In terms of research method, the survey method was used. In the theoretical part, in order to collect the required information according to the research topic, the library method was used. Field data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires among employees and managers of insurance companies. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the hypothesis was analyzed using structural equation method. The results of the hypothesis test showed that knowledge management capability had a positive and significant effect on the business innovation model. But organizational risk-taking did not affect knowledge management capabilities and business innovation model.
