Abstract
The main objective of the research is to investigate the effect of the use of accounting software and office automation in the public sector with regard to the mediating role of technological supervision (case study: state-owned banks in Qazvin) during the years 1403 to 1404. In this research, accounting software and office automation are considered as independent variables, and the efficiency of the information system is considered as the dependent variable. Technological supervision is considered as a mediating variable. The statistical population of the research includes employees of the accounting department of state-owned banks. The required information was collected by distributing a questionnaire among senior employees of the accounting department of state-owned banks. In order to analyze the data, appropriate descriptive and analytical, survey and inferential statistics techniques are used. Descriptive statistics include calculating the mean, standard deviation and standard error indices. The validity of the questionnaire is assessed in the form of convergent and divergent diagnostic and the reliability of the questionnaire is also examined with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to test the research hypotheses, first the normality test, then the correlation coefficient test, and finally the multiple regression test are used. SPSS and Excel software are used to perform statistical tests and obtain the relevant tables. The results of the research hypothesis tests show that technological supervision plays a mediating role between software and information system efficiency.
