Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine and investigate the effect of asset liquidity on competition in the industry. One of the factors influencing the choice of investors is the liquidity of the company's assets. Therefore, in this research, the belief that the liquidity of the company's assets can help to change the competition in the market has been examined. The statistical population of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange and its time period is 2016 to 2023. By using the method of systematic elimination, the research sample includes 126 stock exchange companies and the research data is panel data. The results of the investigation using the panel data regression model based on regression with fixed effects to test the research hypothesis showed that the liquidity of the company's assets has an effect on the competition in the industry. Therefore, the liquidity of the company's assets can bring a strategic and vital advantage for the company and increase the value of the company, which itself affects the competition in the industry.
