Investigating the relationship between spiritual intelligence of financial and non-financial managers of municipalities in financing municipalities (Case Study: Municipalities of Bushehr Province)

Abstract
Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of spiritual intelligence of financial

and non-financial managers of municipalities in financing municipalities (Case

study: Municipalities of Bushehr province) in terms of descriptive research

purpose with practical results and quantitative methods. The statistical

population of the present study was 80 financial managers (40 financial

managers and 40 non-financial managers) of all financial and non-financial

managers of Bushehr municipality in 1399.Due to the limited number of

communities, we selected the sample by census method. It included (40

financial managers and 40 non-financial managers) of 80 people. The King

Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire and Welfare Financing Methods were

used to collect information. The results showed that critical existential

thinking, production of personal meaning of managers, transcendent

awareness, financial and non-financial managers have a significant

relationship with the methods of financing in Bushehr Municipality. But the

component of expanding the state of consciousness of financial and non-

financial managers does not have a significant relationship with the methods

of financing in Bushehr Municipality.
