Analysis and understanding of public relations and electronic municipality in the financial-administrative management system of municipalities

Abstract
Municipalities, as a non-governmental public institution, can play an important and fundamental role in providing public services and managing local affairs. Public relations are one of the main components and elements of communication and have an institutional and fundamental role in creating platforms for mental and objective participation, because the nature and nature of its tasks and activities are mainly (communication, interaction and exchange). The present study was conducted analytically and descriptively and also referred to reliable library, citation and Internet sources and texts and attempts to analyze and examine public relations and e-municipality in the financial-administrative management system of municipalities. The formation and establishment of e-municipality follows the e-government model and is classified into four stages: emergence, promotion, interaction, and integration. All municipal services are provided online and around the clock with high quality and safety, using information and communication technology (ICT) tools. The importance of public relations and e-municipality in the financial-administrative management system of municipalities is clearly evident in order to increase the speed and accuracy of various activities of organizations and the connection of their various components with each other, and as a result, increase their productivity.
