The effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity and the moderating role of intrinsic motivation (Case study: Tabriz Social Security Organization)

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to investigate the moderating role of intrinsic motivation on the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, and is of a survey and causal type, and a standard questionnaire was used to collect information. The statistical population studied in this study was the employees of the Tabriz Social Security Organization. The structural equation method and Pls software were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results obtained from testing the hypotheses showed that ideal influence significantly affects employee creativity. Inspirational motivation significantly affects employee creativity. However, intellectual stimulation did not affect employee creativity. Individual considerations significantly affect employee creativity. However, intrinsic motivation does not moderate the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity.
