Title: The effect of strategic human resource management on job satisfaction and violation of laws with the moderating role of servant leadership (Case study: East Azerbaijan Province Water and Wastewater Company)

Abstract
The overall objective of the present study is the effect of servant leadership and strategic human resource management on violation of laws and job satisfaction. The present study is a descriptive correlational study based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study consisted of 874 employees of the East Azerbaijan Province Water and Wastewater Company, who were selected based on the Cochran formula with a sample size of 151 people. In this study, the servant leadership questionnaire by Erhart (2004), strategic human resource management according to the research of Oligozel et al. (2021), violation of laws according to Dahling et al. (2012), and job satisfaction by Breifled and Rutte (1951) were used. Structural equation modeling with a partial least squares approach was used to examine the research hypotheses. The results showed that strategic human resource management does not affect violation of laws. Strategic human resource management does affect job satisfaction. Servant leadership does affect violation of laws. Servant leadership does affect job satisfaction. Servant leadership does not moderate the relationship between strategic human resource management and violation of laws.
