The relationship between organizational culture, knowledge sharing, organizational innovation and competitive advantage in Mellat Bank branches in Tehran

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between four variables, which include organizational culture, knowledge sharing, organizational innovation, and competitive advantage. The statistical population in this research is the employees of Mellat Bank branches in Tehran, 230 of them were selected as a sample with the help of Cochran's formula. Due to the fact that one of the questionnaires was incomplete, the hypotheses were tested with 229 samples. We used a questionnaire to collect information and used Sobel test and factor analysis with the help of spss and lisrel to test the hypotheses. The obtained results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and competitive advantage. Also, knowledge sharing has a significant effect on the relationship between organizational culture and competitive advantage. Also, the research showed that on the other hand, organizational innovation has an important and significant impact on the relationship between organizational culture and competitive advantage.
