Abstract
The experience of successful countries in terms of economic development shows that foreign trade has played a very important and decisive role in the development process of these countries and it can be definitely said that no developed and newly industrialized country can be found without developing trade and relying on its exports. This has been achieved. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the company's characteristics and propositions on international business decisions in Sadaf Delijan Holding. Based on the objective, the research is of applied type and in terms of method, it is descriptive-survey and correlation type. The information needed for the research has been collected using both library and field methods, and to check the hypotheses and answer the research questions, a questionnaire tool has been used, which includes 24 questions and is designed based on a five-point Likert scale. The statistical population of this research is the commercial department of Sadaf Delijan Holding Company, which includes managers and experts of all sub-units of this company, and according to the statistics provided, there are 79 people, and the number of samples is determined using Cochran's formula of 65. After distributing the questionnaires in a simple random manner and collecting them, data analysis was done. Correlation tests were used to check the relationship between variables and then regression tests were used to check the effect of variables on each other. The results of the data analysis showed that all research hypotheses were confirmed and also the main hypothesis was confirmed and it can be said that "the characteristics and statements of the company have a significant effect on international business decisions in Sadaf Delijan Holding."
