Abstract
The aim of the research is to provide a suitable reward model for employees in organizations, which is descriptive-survey based on the nature and method. A qualitative method has been used to analyze the data. For this purpose, we identified the components of appropriate compensation for employees in organizations, which were selected from articles in the country in a completely targeted manner and carried out using the snowball method. Finally, after the necessary investigations, 5 appropriate rewards for employees in organizations were identified, which are: efforts to earn extra salary, efforts to get promotion, efforts to participate in desired tasks, efforts to develop career path, verbal appreciation.
