Abstract
In the present organizations, knowledge is considered as one of the most important assets and its management is important. Knowledge management is the process of identifying, transferring, using and retaining knowledge in an organization. In this review study, which was conducted in 1400, the articles indexed in the databases of SID, Megiran, Iranodak, and Google Scholar were used. The collection of articles reviewed included 38 articles and the keywords used in the above articles included the following keywords: knowledge management, employees, knowledge creation, information. Articles in which the sample size was unclear and the method of implementation was not well defined were removed from the study process. Articles whose full text was not available were also excluded from the study. The results showed that the implementation of knowledge management correctly and in accordance with the planned processes, in addition to achieving effectiveness and increasing efficiency, leads to the development of the organization and the organization can operate successfully in complex competitive environments.
