Abstract
The present study was conducted on the effect of staff empowerment on the job enthusiasm of Saveh Municipality employees. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive and survey type in terms of data collection method. In the present study, the statistical population includes all employees of Saveh Municipality, whose number is 150 peopleIn this study, 108 people were considered as the sample size to determine the sample size using Morgan table and by simple random method. The 17-question questionnaire of Salvanava and Schuffley was used in 2001 to measure job desire, and the 12-question questionnaire of Spritzer (1995) was used to measure employee empowerment. The collected data were analyzed in PLS software.The results showed that the ability of employees at 0.395 had a positive and significant effect on job enthusiasm of Saveh Municipality employees.
