The importance and importance of performance appraisal creates that forces can support growth and development plans and create opportunities for organizational excellence. Governments, organizations, and institutions are making a concerted effort to do so. Without continuous review and acquisition of progress and achievement of objectives and without identifying the challenges facing the organization and obtaining feedback and awareness of the extent to which policies have been implemented and identifying those that need serious improvement, continuous performance improvement will not be possible. All of the above are not possible without measurement and evaluation. One of the new ways to evaluate companies' performance is the data envelopment analysis method, which is a multi-criteria approach to decision making and performance measurement. In this study, the statistical method, statistical population and sample will be introduced, as well as the tool used to collect the desired information, and how to calculate it. The collection is applied in terms of purpose, methodological in terms of descriptive type, scientific method, and in terms of data collection is non-field and library type or in other words uses secondary information. The required statistics and information will be provided including the use of official reports, provincial statistics and archived information in the municipal affairs of the Khuzestan Deputy of Planning.
