Abstract
The professional health of employees is one of the most important factors affecting the performance and efficiency of organizations, especially municipalities. Studies show that various organizational factors, including financial management style, have a direct and significant role in the professional health of employees. Financial management style includes the allocation of resources, budgeting, financial transparency, timely payment of salaries and benefits, and employee participation in financial decisions. Research shows that participatory and transparent styles of financial management are associated with increased job satisfaction, reduced stress and psychological strain, increased organizational motivation and commitment, and improved employee productivity and performance. Conversely, inefficient and prescriptive styles of financial management can increase anxiety, job dissatisfaction, professional burnout, and reduced professional health. This literature review emphasizes that in order to improve the professional health of municipal employees, special attention is necessary to design and implement efficient and transparent financial management practices, which can be an effective tool for improving organizational performance and reducing employees' psycho-occupational problems.
