Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of digital currencies on optimizing currency allocation and promoting business competitiveness in Iranian listed companies. This study is of an applied-explanatory type and is designed with a quantitative approach. Research data were collected through a structured questionnaire of 30 questions with a five-point Likert scale from 150 financial managers of listed companies. The statistical population included financial managers of listed companies, and sampling was carried out using a stratified random method to select companies based on size and type of activity. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS software, and statistical methods including descriptive analysis, correlation, multiple regression, and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used. The results showed that the use of digital currencies has a positive and significant effect on optimizing currency allocation. The use of digital currencies also has a significant effect on promoting business competitiveness. These findings emphasize that adopting digital technologies and optimizing the allocation of foreign exchange resources can increase the operational efficiency, financial transparency, and flexibility of companies, and promote sustainable competitive advantage. The results emphasize the importance of developing digital infrastructure and supportive central bank policies to improve the performance of listed companies.
