The effect of business strategy management on risk taking and performance management of the organization (case study: Mino Industrial Group)

Abstract

Strategy management as a new concept has been welcomed by researchers, executives and business analysts in the last two decades. The aim of the research is the effect of business strategy management on risk-taking and performance management of the organization. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of descriptive method. In this research, the statistical population of this research is the employees of Mino Industrial Group. From this number, a sample of 170 people was selected using stratified random sampling method. The research data was collected using researcher-made questionnaires, after checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. The analysis and analysis of the hypotheses of the impact of business strategy management on the risk-taking and performance management of the organization in Mino Industrial Group has a positive and significant effect. and were confirmed.
