Journal Article 2021 06 22 Recently, companies' goals of maximizing shareholder wealth have changed in the interests of all stakeholders.<br />Corporate social responsibility reports are a good criterion for assessing the extent to which companies pay attention to corporate stakeholders, including the community.<br />Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of employee productivity on the relationship between social responsibilities and financial performance.<br />This research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical in nature.<br />To collect its data, the financial statements of Tehran Stock Exchange companies have been used.<br />The statistical sample of the research is 105 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2014 to 2020. <br />The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between social responsibilities and financial performance of the company and employee productivity intensifies the relationship. اخیراً اهداف شرکت‌ها از بیشینه‌سازی ثروت سهامداران به توجه به منافع تمامی ذینفعان تغییر پیدا کرده است. گزارش‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت معیار مناسبی جهت ارزیابی میزان توجه شرکت‌ها به ذینفعان شرکت‌ها ازجمله جامعه می‌باشد. از این‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر بهره‌وری کارکنان بر رابطه بین مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی و عملکرد مالی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت تحلیلی می‌باشد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های آن از صورت‌های مالی شرکت‌های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران استفاده‌شده است. نمونه آماری پژوهش 105 شرکت از شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1393 الی 1398 می‌باشد.<br />نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی و عملکرد مالی شرکت رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و بهره‌وری کارکنان موجب تشدید رابطه یاد شده می‌شود. https://www.jamv.ir/article_136506_fa4c8291909ebf28ecab817b387d5078.pdf
