Journal Article 2021 06 21 Although intellectual capital is considered an important strategic resource for organizations and plays a significant role in increasing the performance and value of the company, but there are many problems in managing and controlling intellectual capital in organizations. One of the most important tools for controlling agency representation problems is corporate governance mechanisms. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of management ability on the relationship between the quality of corporate governance and the performance of intellectual capital. This research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical in nature. To collect its data, the financial statements of Tehran Stock Exchange companies have been used. The statistical sample of the research is 105 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1393 to 1398. The results show that increasing the quality of corporate governance leads to improving the performance of the company's intellectual capital and management ability also intensifies this relationship. اگرچه سرمایه فکری یک منبع استراتژیک مهم برای سازمان‌ها تلقی می‌شود و نقش بسزایی در افزایش عملکرد و ارزش شرکت ایفا می‌کند ولیکن در زمینه مدیریت وکنترل سرمایه فکری در سازمان‌ها مشکلات بسیاری وجود دارد. یکی از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای کنترلی مشکلات نمایندگی در شرکت، مکانیسم‌های حاکمیت شرکتی می‌باشند. از این ‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر توانایی مدیریت بر رابطه بین کیفیت حاکمیت شرکتی و عملکرد سرمایه فکری است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت تحلیلی می‌باشد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های آن از صورت‌های مالی شرکت‌های بورس اوراق بهادار تهران استفاده ‌شده است. نمونه آماری پژوهش 105 شرکت از شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌ شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1393 الی 1398می‌باشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که افزایش کیفیت حاکمیت شرکتی منجر به بهبود عملکرد سرمایه فکری شرکت می‌شود و توانایی مدیریت نیز این رابطه را تشدید می‌کند. https://www.jamv.ir/article_135559_8564fc20cdbcb243274b6e5ef3d0f226.pdf
