		<Abstract>The purpose of this study is to investigate the theory of good governance based on social capital and public trust. The method of the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method and is of correlation type and based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the present study was students aged 18 to 40 years in Mazandaran province in 1400 who were studying in universities approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and Islamic Azad University. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that included 26 main questions and three demographic questions. The Good Governance Questionnaire was used by Doleh et al. (2015), Social Capital by Nahapit and Gushal (1998) and Public Trust by Manvarian et al. (2010). For this purpose, six hypotheses were formulated that good governance has five indicators of consequentialism, effectiveness of plans and tasks, promotion of values, transparency and accountability. According to the research results, the five components of good governance affect social capital and public trust. The results of the sixth hypothesis showed that from the respondents&#039; point of view, there is a significant difference between the five components of good governance</Abstract>
			<OtherAbstract Language="FA">هدف این پژوهش بررسی نظریه حکمرانی خوب بر پایه سرمایه اجتماعی و اعتماد عمومی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر دانشجویان 18 تا 40 ساله استان مازندران در سال 1400 بودند که مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه‌های مورد تایید وزارت علوم و فن آوری و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بودنند. ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود که شامل ۲۶ پرسش اصلی و سه پرسش جمعیت‌شناختی بود. پرسشنامه حکمرانی خوب از دوله و همکاران (1397)، سرمایه اجتماعی از ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998) و اعتماد عمومی از منوریان و همکاران (1389) استفاده گردیده است. بدین منظور شش فرضیه تدوین گردید که حکمرانی خوب دارای پنچ شاخص نتیجه گرایی، اثربخشی نقش‌ها و وظایف، ارتقاء ارزش‌ها، شفاف‌سازی و پاسخ‌گویی می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش پنچ مولفه حکمرانی خوب بر سرمایه اجتماعی و اعتماد عمومی تاثیر‌گذار است. نتایج حاصل از فرضیه ششم نشان داد که از دیدگاه پاسخ‌گویان بین پنچ مولفه حکمرانی خوب تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد که این تفاوت به ترتیب اثربخشی نقش‌ها و وظایف، شفاف‌سازی، پاسخ‌گویی، ارتقاء ارزش‌ها و نتیجه‌گرایی می‌باشد.</OtherAbstract>
