So that the results of recent research show that the presence of female managers in the composition of the company's board of directors, due to their sensitivity to ethical issues in the financial reporting process, leads to an improvement in the transparency of the financial statements and, as a result, an increase in the liquidity of the company's shares.The main purpose of this research is the gender of board members, financing decisions and free cash flow. In order to test the hypotheses, specific regression analysis was used for combined data. In order to achieve the aforementioned goals, 120 companies related to the member companies of Tehran Bahadur Stock Exchange were investigated from 2016 to 2014. Therefore, it can be concluded that:- The presence of women in the board of directors does not have a negative effect on the level of free cash flow.- The presence of women on the board of directors through high debt financing does not have a negative effect on the level of free cash flow.- The presence of women in the board of directors does not have a negative effect on the level of free cash flow through the payment of high dividends.Also, among other control variables studied, company size, return on assets, financial leverage and non-commissioned members of the board of directors have a significant relationship with free cash flow.}, keywords = {Gender diversity of board members,financing decisions,Free Cash Flow}, title_fa = {جنسیت اعضای هیئت مدیره و جریان وجوه نقد آزاد}, abstract_fa = {بر اساس تئوری های روانشناسی، رفتار مدیران تحت تاثیر برخی ویژگیهای فردی میباشد که یکی از مهمترین این ویژگیها، جنسیت آنان است. به طوری که نتایج پژوهش های اخیرنشان میدهد حضور مدیران زن در ترکیب هیئت مدیره شرکتها، به دلیل حساسیت آنان نسبت به مسائل اخلاقی درفرآیند گزارشگری مالی، موجب بهبود شفافیت صورتهای مالی و به تبع آن، افزایش نقدشوندگی سهام شرکت میگردد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش جنسیت اعضای هیئت مدیره، تصمیمات تامین مالی و جریان وجوه نقد آزاد می باشد. جهت آزمون فرضیه ها از تحلیل رگرسیون مختص داده های ترکیبی استفاده گردید. برای نیل به اهداف مذکور تعداد 120 شرکت مربوط به شرکتها ی عضو بورس اوراق بهادر تهران از سال 1396 تا سال 1400 بررسی گردیده. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که حضور زنان در هیئت‌مدیره بر سطح جریان وجوه نقد آزاد تأثیر منفی نمی‌گذارد. همچنین در میان سایر متغیرهای کنترلی مورد مطالعه، اندازه شرکت، بازده دارایی‌ها، اهرم مالی و اعضای غیرموظف هیئت مدیره رابطه معناداری با جریان وجه نقد آزاد دارند.}, keywords_fa = {تنوع جنسیتی اعضاء هیئت‌مدیره,جریان وجه نقد آزاد,بورس اوراق بهادار}, url = {https://www.jamv.ir/article_158568.html}, eprint = {https://www.jamv.ir/article_158568_e328b702878843ea14ae00cfe5fc5b03.pdf} }
