Abstract
The aim of this study was to measure the satisfaction of tourists with the quality of services provided and its compliance with individual needs. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical method and is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The statistical population of the present study: Foreign tourists traveled to Tehran in the spring of 1401, in which 50 people were selected as the sample and the questionnaires were distributed among the sample by simple random sampling. SPSS software was used to analyze the findings and non-parametric Chi-square and Spearman tests were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the data obtained from the Chi-square test showed that the level of tourists' satisfaction with the quality of services provided in the tourism sector is 30.08 and the level of compliance of services provided with individual needs of tourists is average or a factor of 38.51. have been. The results also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between tourist satisfaction and the quality of services provided in the tourism sector with a 95% confidence level and P <0.05.
